ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

FREE FROM STAINS, ODOURS, PET HAIR, MAKEUP, OR ANY VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE

RETURNED SEPARATELY IF FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS, EACH WITH ITS CORRESPONDING RETURN LABEL
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS FROM CANADA AND THE U.S. ARE COMPLIMENTARY. A PREPAID RETURN LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, AND CLEARANCE FEES ARE NOT COVERED BY LIV EAZY AND REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER—BOTH ON ORIGINAL ORDERS AND RETURNS.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES AND PACKAGE PROTECTION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES. IF YOU REQUIRE A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE, PLEASE RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER. TO HELP AVOID SIZING ISSUES, WE RECOMMEND REVIEWING THE FIT DESCRIPTIONS PROVIDED ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE BEFORE PURCHASING.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, PLEASE CONTACT customercare@liv-eazy.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, AND CLEAR PHOTOS. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY OUR TEAM PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM.
